7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for unused, unopened, and resalable Products.
  • Custom or personalized Products are final sale and non‑returnable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user unless the item is defective or mis shipped.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15–30 business days after inspection.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that show wear, damage, or missing packaging.

8. Product Warranty & Defects

  • LED Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water, drops, battery leakage, improper charging, or normal wear.
  • Claims must include proof of purchase and photos/videos of defects.
  • We will replace or refund defective items at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property
